[Buyer] – How do I purchase a ticket?

Ticketkauf – so geht’s.

• 1.) Select the desired number of tickets on the event page and click on the “Get ticket” button. .

• 2.) This will redirect you to the event booking page in WGH. Here, you must enter your billing and participant information before clicking the “Proceed to payment” button. 

• 3.) You will then be redirected to the checkout page, where you can select your preferred payment method and click “Place order.”

• 4.) After successful payment, a confirmation page will appear. From here, you can download your ticket if required.

Note for sellers > After successfully purchasing tickets, you can view all participant information in the “Attendees” section.
