How to resend a ticket to a participant

To resend a ticket to a participant, follow these steps:

• Go to Participants.
• Use the search bar to find your participant.
• Click the More Actions button next to the participant’s name.
• You will see the Resend button. Click it to resend the ticket to the participant.
